Clinical Assistant

International Medical Graduates (IMG) who do not qualify for independent practice in the province of Alberta who are employed by AHS to provide general, supervised bedside coverage in inpatient units under the Alberta Clinical and Surgical Assistant Program (ACSAP). All clinical assistants are licensed under the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta limited practice registry.
