The Wisdom dental information system supports dental care in integrated health systems.

Part of the Epic integrated clinical information system, Wisdom is tightly coupled with other care management and documentation tools across the continuum of care. The module provides a tooth chart for documenting discrete findings and displaying related oral health management. Dental team members can document plans to treat oral problems and manage preventive care. Wisdom builds on the subset of dental features available to other ambulatory care providers, including periodontal charting and soft tissue exam.
