The Phoenix transplant information system provides a comprehensive and longitudinal view of assessment for transplant through surgical procedures, post-operative care and organ health tracking.

There are tools focused on both donor and recipient needs. Transplant coordinators are helped with purpose-specific wait-list management, wait-list reconciliation and registry management. Part of the Epic integrated clinical information system, Phoenix is tightly coupled with other care management and documentation tools across the continuum of care.
