Cogito Business Analyst (CBA)

An analytics role focused on how clinical information system reports are built, configured and deployed to support in-system clinical inquiry.

The CBA is an Epic recommended full-time role within the reporting team and assigned to focus on an operational area (Revenue Cycle, Access, Inpatient, Ambulatory Care, Ancillaries), rather than a part-time role embedded in an application team. The role, which may appear later in Connect Care teams, promotes dedicated focus on building and maintaining an analytics skill set, and consolidates management of reporting team members under analytics team leadership.
