Wound Care

The Wound Care module facilitates continuous wound monitoring across the continuum of care, so that there is continuity of wound care at home, in community practices and in acute care settings.

Part of the Epic integrated clinical information system, Wound Care works with the patient's complete medical record using views and tools emphasizing wound progression and healing measures, image management and response to diverse therapies. An image viewer shows wound feature changes across encounters in an interactive timeline.
